Come to Heathfield this Sunday if you are looking for something pretty to plant in your garden. Maybe you are looking for plants to attract wildlife to your garden or want to try your hand at growing your own veg?Perhaps you have some surplus seedlings that you could donate to the Ecology Centre Stand. If so, we will be very grateful to receive them as all profits from our stand and all profits from our Pantry Cafe will go to our Wildlife Rescue & Animal Welfare Fund - thank you. Our Heathfield Pantry Cafe will be serving organic homemade soup and bread rolls at lunchtime and traditional cream teas during the afternoon. Saturday, January 23

Cubs from 49th Croydon Scouts visited this week. Mick Hewish (the Centre Manager) was talking about the bees and when he said: "at this time the male then mates with the Queen..." a little voice piped up saying: "But what if she is really ugly?" Thursday, August 28
